Trainers’ manual

The first version of Trainers’ manual based on experiences acquired on test courses has been accomplished. It is a summary of all kinds of methodological knowledge which came into existence during the three year period of the project. The guide introduces a detailed RLG programme and leads future trainers though the stages of realization step by step. It gives trainers practical advice of how to select young people for participation and implement Initial assessment day to survey competences.

The guide helps trainers to plan the training courses of entrepreneurial skills development. It shows them of how to adapt the activities of the programme to the particular features of groups in a flexible way. It highlights the difference between the roles of observers and those of trainers and supports them to prepare to successfully implement their roles.

Minor modification of the text might happen later, translators have however started to turn the English language text into Hungarian, Polish and German.
