Basic skills
The skills necessary for the success of enterprises can be grouped in several ways. At our recent meeting in Budapest, working in small groups and through joint discussions we agreed a draft of skills and capabilities, which will function as a norm for development. This work continued on the joint website platform and the Polish partners have finalized the results. The workgroup was supported by three mind maps when they analysed the relations linking different elements.
