Starting the test

The learners of ETC in Munich were the first to test the exercises of the RLG project focusing on an assessment of their competencies and activities of the training programme. The vocational school in Munich has been dealing with young people who make up the target group of the project for a long time. As a consequence the elements of RLG programme can be easily integrated into the existing programmes run by the institution. The trainers within ETC have a great deal of experience of managing this type of skills development.

The pilot process at this stage of the project aimed at testing the assessment and development exercises completed so far and considered how the learners of the target groups had responded to the exercises. Were they willing to participate in the process? Did they consider feedback important? Did they find the exercises useful concerning their own development?

It might also be important to collect feedback from the trainers and find out their opinions on each element of the programme.

Due to the timing of the testing process it will be possible for the developers to meet the members of the learners' group personally at the next international meeting in Munich.
