Train the Trainers has started

The testing process in Germany and Scotland was managed by the project partners themselves. The cooperating partners in Hungary were experienced trainers that are conversant with the members of the target groups. The first Polish group however differs significantly from the other target groups. Their group is made up of secondary school students: some plan to follow a particular vocation while others want to study at universities. There is however a common feature that connects them with their peers in the partner countries: they do not have a clear vision of their future. This is why the RLG programme might help them to consider their options more clearly.

These young people will be guided by their school teachers when carrying out the activities of the testing process. The school teachers will be supported by a one-day training programme focusing on the general needs of NEET target groups in Europe, on the basic aims and views of the RLG programme and on the learning and teaching materials and their methods completed so far.

The elements of the training programme developed for the Polish testing teachers will be tried out in several fields of the partner countries – after receiving feedback for modification. A final version will be published in the Train the Trainers' guide.
