The first trainers in Poland

The potential Polish trainers were prepared between 14-and 15 October 2015 in a Cracow partner secondary school. Nine participants from various schools took part in the training. The representatives of the project demonstrated the aims of the project, the European features of NEET target groups and the items/elements of the programme completed up to that date.

The participants became familiar with the ten emphasized fields of competence and the tools of assessment by having discussions and brainstorming. They jointly reviewed the question of how they should form the learners’ groups and discussed about the planning and management issues of the 12 week training. They became familiar with the documents to be used during the testing process. Firstly they focused on the implementation tasks of the Assessment Day.
